Welcome! and Thank you for your interest in our Annual Wedding Show. This info packet is contains everything you need to be a vendor in the show as well as general info about the show.
There are 2 booth sizes: Large - 10x10 including 6ft table w/ black linen, and Small - 6x4 no table included. Fill out an application below to sign up. We will only be accepting a maximum of 3 vendors that are the same business type. If you fill out an application and there are already 3 that have applied, you will be notified and put on a waiting list. If there is a cancellation, then we will notify each vendor chronologically.
Timeline of the show will be as follows: Show starts at 2pm, Fashion Show will start at 3pm inside the Gymnasium and will last until 4pm. Models will do a final walk throughout the whole show
at the very end. Expo will end at 5pm or until the last attendee leaves. Booth Set Up - you may setup your booth the day before, Saturday March 7, from 11am-2pm. As well as Day Of, from 9am-1pm. Give yourself 1pm-2pm grace period to ensure you are ready for brides and grooms.
