  • Located at the crossroads of the strategic I-73 and I-74 corridors, Randleman is poised for great growth. A vision for economic development in and around Randleman is in place with the West Randleman Business Park, I 74 Industrial Park, Pointe South Industrial Park and properties along the interstate corridors. Infrastructure improvements are providing a solid foundation for business and industry. The completion of Randleman Lake makes for an ample water supply for years to come thru the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority. Randleman's key location on the beach corridor provides either a breakfast, lunch or dinner stop since we are only 3 hours from Myrtle Beach and the Carolina Coast. This is often overlooked in industry research but has proven very profitable to our fast food & service restaurants.

    Randleman is located "In the center of it all" in the Heart of North Carolina in Randolph County. A county in which almost 2 billion in new industrial development has transpired since 1985. Raleigh & Charlotte are approximately one and one half hours away and the mountains and coast are approximately two and a half to three hours away. PART (Piedmont Area Regional Transportation) provides transportation through Randleman and Randolph County into urban centers. A park and ride lot is offered and conveniently located for residents.

    Key industry and business needs are met with UPS and FedEx hubs nearby, rail service by Norfolk Southern, Amtrak passenger service at the High Point and Greensboro stations. The ports of Morehead City and Wilmington are a few hours away.
